Small Classes, Engaged Teachers

• Our teaching faculty at the Goshen Campus consists of 29 women and 10 men, holding 33 advanced degrees.
• All of our Preschool teachers have college degrees and are experienced in the early childhood field.
• One third of St. Francis teachers have served on the Goshen faculty for 15 or more years.
• Teachers coach in the classroom as well as on the athletic fields.
• Teachers engage in an ongoing process of professional development; the faculty are excellent models of lifelong learning!
• Over half of the Preschool teachers have served on the faculty for seven years or more.
• The Preschool staff receives a minimum of 21 hours of continuing education each year, in addition to CPR and First Aid training.
