Welcome to our Goshen Campus!
A message from Reed Gabhart, Head of Goshen Campus.
Welcome to the Goshen Campus of St. Francis School! Our beautiful campus in the countryside (but just a stone’s throw from Jefferson County!) is inviting both inside and out. From the 64 acres with gardens, fields, and wooded trails outdoors to the open classroom concept and unique architecture indoors, the Goshen Campus is a storied and special place.
Our progressive Preschool to 8th grade campus is often said to “have a soul”. Here, children are valued for who they are and what talents they have to offer. Students are not molded into a rigid curriculum; rather, they take off and explore their individual interests. Education at St. Francis is differentiated to push each child to his/her potential and make sure everyone succeeds at his/her own rate. In addition to stellar academics, we value the arts, athletics, diversity, a commitment to service learning, and the building of character. A sense of community and joy permeates the Goshen Campus – it is a happy place!
I hope you will come visit us, to see for yourself the extraordinary experience that is a St. Francis education. Our Admissions Director is Richard Butcher – please email him to set up a shadow date for your child and tour and and to visit classes for yourself if you’d like. Please also feel free to email me with any questions you may have. I’ve been here at the Goshen Campus for 25 years now, and I have never been more confident in the educational experience we are so proud to offer to Louisville and surrounding areas!
