Reminder: Re-Enrolllment Contracts Due

Dear St. Francis Families,

The deadline to return your Re-Enrollment Contract or Letter of Intent to Re-Enroll is on SUNDAY, 2/7/16.  After that date, the Admissions Office will begin offering enrollment contracts to new St. Francis students based upon the openings available at each grade level, so current student enrollment will be closed for a week while we assess new student enrollment.  Re-enrollment will open again after that​, but again, remember that spots are limited.  So, if you have a reason why you cannot meet this re-enrollment deadline, please contact the Admissions Office to request an extension.  With continued growth in our school’s enrollment on both the Goshen and Downtown Campuses, it is very important that returning families meet this deadline in order for us to be able to guarantee your child(ren)’s spot as well as offer spots to new students.

Re-Enrolling without Financial Aid

For families not requesting financial aid, please complete your child(ren)’s Re-Enrollment Contract and return it with the enrollment deposit if you have not already done so.  The Re-Enrollment Contracts have been sent to you via email and are due back with a deposit on 2/7/16.  If you have not received an email with a link to your child(ren)’s contract, please contact Kelly Beach on the Goshen Campus or Trisha Amirault on the Downtown Campus.  One important change this year is that St. Francis will require ALL parents to sign the Re-Enrollment Contract for each child.

Re-Enrolling with Financial Aid

Please begin your FACTS application for 2016-17 if you have not already done so (online.factsmgt.com).  Please note that our Priority Deadline for financial aid applications is 2/15/16. You also should have received an email with links to complete your Letter of Intent to Re-Enroll, which you will need to submit no later than 2/7/16.  To be considered for financial aid, families must complete the financial aid application through FACTS and submit their completed 2015 income tax returns and 2015 W-2s.  Completed FACTS applications with no supporting documents will not be reviewed.  While we make every effort to meet the demonstrated financial need of our families, and current families are our priority in granting financial aid, there is a limited pool of financial aid.  Families who do not apply by the deadline cannot be guaranteed a grant.

Those who submit all of the required materials by our 2/15/16 Priority Deadline will be notified of their financial aid award by 3/15/16.  One important change this year is that St. Francis will require ALL parents to sign the Re-Enrollment Contract for each child.  Those contracts will be due back with a deposit by 4/1/16.  After this date, the Financial Aid Committee will begin reviewing the financial aid applications of new families. Families still wishing to apply for financial aid, but who did not meet the Priority Deadline, should apply by 3/15/16 and will be notified of their award by 4/15/16, assuming financial aid funds are still available.  Families receiving grants will have two weeks to return contracts with deposits.  Our Financial Aid Committee will consider applications received after 3/15/16 only if financial aid funds are still available and will notify recipients of their award by 5/15/16.
