Re-Enrollment Information

As we are well into the second semester of the 2016-17 school year, it’s hard to believe that it is indeed time to think about the 2017-18 school year and, therefore, time to re-enroll your child/ren at St. Francis. As our School continues to grow, our commitment to our current families is paramount, so we offer spaces for next year to you first, before opening enrollment to new applicants. As many of our grades approach full capacity, we need to know how many spots we have available to offer new students, and ask for your help by re-enrolling your students now. You should have received communication with re-enrollment instructions. See the Financial Aid Application/Enrollment Timeline here. If you have any questions, please contact the Admissions Office at your Campus: Trisha Amirault, High School, or Kelli Carter, Preschool through 8th grade. Read on to learn more about re-enrolling with and without financial aid.

Re-Enrolling without Financial Aid
For families not requesting financial aid, the next step is to complete your child(ren)’s Re-Enrollment Contract and return it with the enrollment deposit. Please note, the re-enrollment deadline of 2/6/17 has passed. If you have not re-enrolled, please contact Trisha Amirault or Kelli Carter as soon as possible. The Re-Enrollment Contracts has been sent to you via email. St. Francis requires ALL parents to sign the Re-Enrollment Contract for each child.

Re-Enrolling with Financial Aid
As a family who currently receives a financial aid grant (or who has indicated you would like to apply for financial aid in 2017-18), your child(ren)’s enrollment contract is not available until you have filed for financial aid and the Financial Aid Committee has made a decision. At that time, you will receive your Re-Enrollment Contract that specifies your tuition obligation, as well as your grant amount. In the meantime, we need to know your intentions for re-enrolling your child(ren) for next year, so please fill out the 2017-18 Intention to Re-Enroll Agreement. Please note, the re-enrollment deadline of 2/6/17 has passed. If you have not re-enrolled, please contact Trisha Amirault or Kelli Carter as soon as possible.

The Priority Deadline for financial aid applications is 2/15/17. To be considered for financial aid, families must complete the financial aid application through FACTS and submit their completed 2016 income tax returns and 2016 W-2s. We realize that for many families, this means expediting your tax returns; however, to apply for financial aid, this is required, so please plan ahead to accomplish this. Completed FACTS applications with no supporting documents will not be reviewed. Those who submit all of the required materials by our 2/15/17 Priority Deadline will be notified of their financial aid award by 3/15/17.
