Grandparents’ Day, Goshen Campus – November 23rd

Important Information for St. Francis Families!

Parent Preview on Monday, November 23rd
in the Gymnasium
from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.

Monday is Parent Preview Day for our performances. Because of your wonderful support for our music program, we don’t have enough room for both guests and parents on Tuesday.

Monday’s program allows parents to hear the full performance and leaves ample room for our guests on Tuesday afternoon.  We appreciate everyone’s help in making sure Grandparents’ Day provides room for our special guests to visit our school, enjoy the performance, see our beautiful campus and connect with our teachers and students.  We ask that when attending our performances that you make every effort to stay for the duration of the program, as it is difficult for our students to perform when audience members leave in the middle of the program.

Grandparents and Special Guests on Tuesday, November 24th in the Gymnasium (Valet Parking Provided ) from 1:00 – 3:30
Performances and Classroom Visits

If grandparents are unable to attend, please take this opportunity to invite a close family friend, neighbor, or an aunt or uncle.  All students have been rehearsing for this special day, and everyone is required to be present at school for the performances.  We ask families who travel to make this day a top priority.  Overall student success as performers is greatly altered if some are suddenly absent for the Parent Preview and Grandparents’ Day.  This is a school day.

For Tuesday’s Grandparents’ Day performance, we ask that students wear something special, such as an outfit they would wear to a fancy dinner, synagogue or church.

If you have any additional questions, please email Faith Murphy, Kim Aberle or Bob Bertke.
