Soccer

St. Francis offers organized, competitive soccer to all students in middle school.  Both the Junior Varsity (typically 5th and 6th graders) and Varsity (7th and 8th graders) teams compete in the Louisville Independent School Conference (LISC).  This league includes Collegiate, KCD, Whitefield Academy, Evangel Lutheran, Walden and Christian Academy.

The philosophy of the soccer program, as in all St. Francis sports, is based on individual player development.  Players are taught soccer skills and the dynamics of teamwork, so that each player can be a contributing member of the team.
