Our teaching faculty at the Goshen Campus consists of 29 women and 10 men, holding 33 advanced degrees.
Instructional ratios are 8:1 for Lower School (JK-4) and 13:1 for Middle School.
One third of St. Francis teachers have served on the faculty for 15 or more years.
Teachers coach in the classroom as well as on the athletic fields.
Teachers engage in an on-going process of professional development; the faculty are excellent models of lifelong learning.
