Admission Process

St. Francis School is enrolling Preschool-12th Grade for the 2017-18 school year! Several grades are near our best practice limit. Enroll now!

Scholarship/Financial Aid Applications: Applications for admission are evaluated solely on the merits of the applicant with no regard for the family’s financial situation. Financial Aid applications should be completed by February 15 through FACTS tuition services. A Merit Scholarship Competition for 9th and 6th grade applicants is January 22, 2017 from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. Winners of this merit competition receive partial tuition scholarships

Mid-Year Transfer Applications: The school accepts applications from qualified transfer students during the school year and prefers to admit these students at the beginning of a grading period.

Admissions decisions are made by a Committee comprised of faculty and staff members. Students submitting complete applications by January 15 will be notified of decisions by February 15. Applications received after January 15 will be evaluated in a timely manner as space remains available in each grade level.

Application Checklist

Student Information

Applicants grades JK – K are required to attend a Kindergarten Try-on Day. Applicants grades 1st – 12th are required to shadow a current student during the school day as part of the admission process. (Exceptions made for out-of-town and summer applicants.) For the Downtown Campus, shadow days are scheduled on Mondays and Fridays in order for the prospective student to see a higher number of classes.  Prospective parents are also encouraged to tour the school and meet with staff members to learn more about our unique school environment.
